Transparent Legal Fees

At Prodigal Law, we hate surprises as much as you do. That’s why we publish our pricing right here, explain exactly what’s included, and never add “extra” charges without your written approval. Every quote is a flat fee (not hourly) so you know the total cost before you sign a single document.

We believe that high-quality criminal defense should come with complete financial clarity. We are committed to providing upfront pricing models so that you can focus on your case without the stress of unexpected costs. Our priority is ensuring you feel fully informed and supported every step of the way.

All applicable fees are discussed in detail during our initial conversations, long before you are asked to make any formal decisions. This open dialogue allows us to tailor a representation plan that fits your specific needs and ensures there are no surprises when it comes to your billing.

Please note that the information provided on this page is for general guidance only and does not constitute a formal fee quote. Each case is unique, and final fee arrangements will be memorialized in a written agreement once we have fully reviewed your legal situation.

Consultation Fee

Take the first step with confidence. For a one-time $100 fee, you’ll sit down (in person or by phone) with Kevin M. Anderson for a full 30 minutes. During this focused session we will:

  • Review the details of your case

  • Map out the strongest defense strategy tailored to your exact situation

  • Explain the maximum possible sentence you face under current law

  • Give you an honest assessment of your best- and worst-case outcomes

  • Provide a clear, written flat-fee quote for full representation

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just clarity and a concrete plan — all for $100, and if you retain Prodigal Law the consultation fee will be applied to your retainer payment. Most clients tell us this single meeting removed the majority of their stress and gave them the roadmap they needed.
